CAROTHERS INSURANCE OFFICE POLICIES
In compliance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD), the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), and respect for everyone, we have implemented the following changes and procedures. These are effective until further notice.

When status changes, these are the Standard Operating Procedures for our office:
1. Check in with the Gatekeeper (FRONT DESK)
The back office is now a staff-only area. We ask that you do not enter the back office or pass the reception desk without permission. All guests including brokers, vendors, and clients, need to sign in at the front desk before entering the back office. The back office is anything past the door at the front desk.
2. Broker-Admin Meetings
In order to respect our employee's safety, we have left it up to each individual if they require you to wear a mask in their presence. Some people may be more susceptible than other or have family members who are susceptible. As everyone has their own situation, opinion, and comfort level on the matter, we cannot accommodate differing request in the common area (bullpen). So, we ask everyone that if someone wants you to mask up, you respect that person's space - no questions asked- and we will do the same. If you are meeting with an admin and want them to wear a mask, please tell the front desk when you are checking-in.

3. Client Meeting Area
All brokers and clients can enter through the front and BOOK the conference room or broker office for appointments. Each room will be wiped down after each use. Only one broker with their clients may utilize the conference room at a time. OSHA (Required/Ref. Declaration of Emergency

The entryway contains a Sanitation Station with masks, gloves, sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes for brokers and their clients-OSHA (Required/Ref. Declaration of Emergency Directive #003)
We have removed much of the seating to comply with 6ft distancing rules - as suggested in Roadmap and by SNHD.

4. Food & Beverage
No outside food or beverage is permitted permitted in the office. There will be sealed water bottles available for your clients per OSHA, (Required/29 CFR 1926.15 or 29 CFR 1910.141). We have a Keurig for coffee and tea available for everyone who is comfortable with it. Please ask front desk for assistance with kitchen access.
