Use these Tools to Register your Educational Events, Sales Seminars, and Marketing Materials.
1. BRAND STANDARDS TAB: Brand Standards apply to our agency brands. Before you can use our logos (or have your designer use them), you must review that you have read the guidelines for use, sign the attestation and submit to marketing department.
2. CMS REGISTRATION TAB: If you are planning a Sales Seminar, Educational Event, or other activities to attract Medicare Eligibles, your event must be registered with CMS.
3. MARKETING APPROVAL TAB: This form is for submitting ALREADY CREATED ADS that need YIA LOGO approval or CMS registration. This form is required for ALL lines of insurance using the YIA LOGO.
ADS that include Medicare (with or without YIA LOGO) will be reviewed and sent to Carrier(s) and/or CMS for approval.
